About Us

Endurance Addiction came to life in early 2009. Eager to share their knowledge of cutting edge endurance sports training and exercise, Nathan Chaszeyka and Melinda Sloan set out to create a company that would bring value and success to the athletes who worked with them.

While success has not come without hard work, the birth of endurance addiction has brought about great changes in the lives of its athletes and tremendous progress towards their goals. This success has created a huge drive in the coached to reach out to more and mote athletes to help them along their paths.

WHAT we are:

Endurance Addiction has grown into a consortium of highly successful coaches. Our coaches employ a combination of current knowledge, the most up to date techniques and technology, and highly effective methods of communication to bring the most out of our athletes training experience. As an athlete, when you employ the services of Endurance Addiction, you are hiring a team of coaches who work collaboratively on every athlete under our care.

WHO will be coaching you:

He has coached athletes to compete in Kona, National Championships, the National Development Team for cycling, full and half Ironman races, ultra-marathons, marathons, and more. For many of these athletes it was their first time working with a coach or even contemplating their specific event. All of his athletes have met with great success and are willing to provide great testimonials to his approach.

Nathan can often be found on the roads of Southern Nevada and California working as the director of Team FLUID Developmental Cycling Program, competing as a cyclist, or preparing for his next ultra-marathon.

Chris Bohannon: was raised in Kansas, and began participating in triathlon at the age 10. He went on to be an All State Cross Country and Track and Field athlete and earn a collegiate track and cross country scholarship to Fort Hays State University. There he earned adegree in Exercise Science and then furthered his education completing his Masters in Biomechanics at the University of Kansas.

In 2002, Chris earned his Triathlon Coaching Certification from the U.S. Olympic training center and from there launched his own coaching business Transition Multisport. Chris began coaching and teaching seminars to all levels of athletes. In the Midwest until he was offered a position in NYC to work for the prestigious Altheus Training Center, a cutting edge health and performance center that centered it’s training around physiological testing and personalized service.

In late 2007, Chris took an important step in his professional career by accepting a position as the Assistant Director of the Serotta International Cycling Institute. There he authored the new updated bike fit manual and subsequently taught and certified bicycle retailers across the globe. In 2008, Chris made a cross country to move to San Diego to put his Biomechanics and Physiology to work for the triathlon brand Zoot. He was tasked to oversee all future product development while playing an integral part in the design team.

Chris has helped all levels of athletes, from those who have never completed a triathlon to world champions. However, it is his blend of education, training, and testing which make Chris so unique and successful in the cycling and triathlon industry.
